I've got terrific News ... while surfing the web today I ran across a REAL BLUES TOP 100 CDs CHART (& magazine) ... from this summer .... our 'Live In The Studios' (That Man's Got To Go CD) is listed at #20, up from #81 a few months ago. http://www.realbluesmagazine.com This report is for the last consecutive 24 months. This CD made the HIGHLY RATED CDs list. Thanks to Howard Glazer, Dan DeKuyper, Todd Macintosh, Greg Manning, Marty Montgomery, Big Al Harralson for creating the music for this CD, and for being real true friends. Sweet Claudette received August 2010 nomination for Detroit Black Music Award. 'Sweet Claudette' Harrell-Manning has performed on the Willie King Freedom Creek festival for several years and the Magic City Blues Festival both in Alabama, Hot Blues & BBQ, Heatstock, Port Huron Jazz & Blues Festival, to name a few.

Sweet Claudette fronts a five - six piece band with wonderful rich horns intertwined into her music. Dubbed 'Detroit's Matriach of the Blues', Sweet Claudette has achieved local, regional, national and international status while singing the blues to fans in bars, clubs and lounges from Michigan to Alabama and Windsor to Burlington, Ontario Canada.
